Sweet, Tangy, and Spicy Pineapple Salsa

As the weather warms up, there is nothing better than a refreshing salsa that pairs perfectly with a summer barbeque. Whether it be chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, you name it, this salsa is the perfect combination of sweet, tangy and spicy. It is full of color and packed with flavor!
Summer Pineapple Salsa
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Assembly Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups pineapple, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 box grape tomatoes, quartered
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, diced (keep the seeds to make it spicy)
4 limes, juiced
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
Cut up your pineapple, red onion, grape tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno and place into a large bowl.
Slice your limes in half and squeeze out all of the juice into the large bowl.
Add your apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper to the bowl and lightly mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Taste to make sure it is to you liking.
Serve with tacos, chips, bowls, etc.
