Strawberry and Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

This is one of my absolute favorite easy meals packed with everything your body needs. It's basically oatmeal, but in the shape of a pancake and who doesn't love pancakes?
Here's what I used:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 medium banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- Strawberries, chopped, for garnish
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Heat up a pan on medium heat and pour your batter making whatever size pancakes you desire. Once the batter bubbles on the top, flip them over and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat and top with chopped strawberries and your favorite syrup!
These were absolutely amazing and they were packed with nutrients. Nothing better than tasty and nutritious.
