High Protein and Affordable Tuna Tartare

Growing up I never really liked canned tuna and I think that is because it seemed so boring and just tasted like fish. I stayed as far as possible from it, but as I got older I realized how much protein it has and how affordable it is, I just wasn't preparing it properly.
I have mixed and matched different ingredients to find how I like to eat it best and this is what I came up with...High Protein (Canned) Tuna Tartare. It is packed with flavor and you would never guess that it came from a little can of tuna.
Ingredients:
-1 can of albacore tuna in water
-1 tbsp mayo
-1/2 tbsp sesame oil
-Sriracha, to taste
-1/2 cup jasmine rice
-1 Persian cucumber, sliced
-1/2 avocado
-Teriyaki sauce, to taste
Open and drain the tuna. Place into a bowl with mayo, sesame oil, and sriracha and mix. Grab a ramekin dish and stack ingredients in this order: cucumber, avocado, tuna mix, rice. Press everything in firmly and then flip the ramekin over onto a plate. Top with sesame seeds and any sort of teriyaki-like sauce.
This has become such a staple meal in my house especially on busy nights where I don't feel like cooking.
