5 Air Fryer Must Haves

I've had my air fryer for about 9 months and I have tried everything you can think of. Air fryers are the easiest way to cook quick and delicious meals. Here are 5 things that I recommend cooking the air fryer.


  1. Salmon- All you have to do is rub some oil and seasonings of your choice and pop it in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes. It comes out perfectly crisp on the outside.

  2. Potatoes- If you are looking for a healthy alternative to french fries, then you're in luck. Cut your potatoes in the shape of fries, spray some oil, season to your liking, and cook until crisp.

  3. Frozen veggies- Frozen veggies are not as bad as you might think especially when you cook them in the air fryer. How much easier can it possibly get?

  4. Apples- This is the easiest way to make a healthy apple cobbler. Pop some apples into the air fryer with a little bit of oil and put on top of vanilla ice cream and granola. YUM!

  5. Chickpeas- Looking for a healthy snack? Grab a can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained, and season with endless flavors. It comes out to be a perfect crunchy snack full of protein.
